SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from CairnsEdu, LLC DBA ReAid ("ReAid," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from ReAid. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Appointment reminders and session notifications
• Account notifications and updates
• Billing and payment alerts
• Specialist matching and referral notifications
• Marketing and promotional messages (with your separate consent)

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the types of messages you have opted in to receive. Transactional messages are sent as needed. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from ReAid. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
