What the Utah Fits All Scholarship Covers

Speech-language, reading specialists
Instructional materials, decodable readers
Digital learning tools, exercise libraries

Constitutional Challenge โ Program Continues
In April 2025, a Utah district court ruled the Utah Fits All Scholarship unconstitutional. However, both parties agreed the program should continue operating normally during the state's appeal to the Utah Supreme Court. Applications for 2026โ2027 are open and funding is being distributed.
How Much Does Your Child Qualify For?
The scholarship amount depends on your child's educational setting:
Scholarship Amounts for 2026โ2027
Private school or educational services: Up to $8,000 per year
Homeschool, ages 5โ11: $4,000 per year
Homeschool, ages 12โ18: $6,000 per year
